We believe that every student at SJE should be prepared to live out their purpose in life, which is why we ensure a rigorous academic and spiritual foundation as well as providing opportunities to develop passion beyond the classroom. Whether in leadership, service, fine arts, athletics, or otherwise, students develop their love for learning in and beyond the classroom every day!

Hands-On Learning

Students in Pre-K through 8th Grade participate in weekly STEM labs and instruction, focused on real-world problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Joyful Service

Each class engages in hands-on service learning opportunities throughout the year, from making blankets for children in shelters to cleaning up a stream in our community. Classes take the initiative to choose and plan their service each year.

Athletic Competition

More than half of our 5th-8th Grade students play competitive sports each year! Current offerings include volleyball, cross country, basketball, track and field, and baseball.
