For current families, most required forms should be completed on the Parent Portal. Log in using the school code (SJES-GA) and your account information.
In the "Family Home" section, the following forms must be submitted: Parent/School Partnership, Acceptable Use Policy, Device Acceptable Use Policy, and Student Emergency Information & Parent Updates. Please contact the front office if you have any questions.
