Welcome to the Technology Support Area for St. John the Evangelist Catholic School.  This page can be used to troubleshoot problems before sending a ticket to our Help Desk.

If you are unable to resolve your technical problem by using the helpful documents below, please open a Help Desk ticket.  This can be accomplished two ways.

On-Site (on the school network)

    Click on the Spiceworks button to create a Help Desk ticket or send an email detailing your issue to support@sjecs.net.  Your ticket will then be placed in our technical support queue for resolution.

 

Off-Site (not connected to the school network)

Please send an email to support@sjecs.net to open a Help Desk ticket.  Your ticket will then be placed in our technical support queue for resolution.
