Applications are accepted between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the school office. Applications may also be mailed.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. The application packet of forms may be downloaded here or obtained from the school office. Please click here for the application packet in Spanish.
2. Submit the following documents and completed forms with the non-refundable $100 application fee:

Original Certified Birth Certificate from State Vital Records

Baptismal Certificate (Catholic applicants only)

PK-7th grade – official Georgia Immunization form 3231

Testing Appointment Form

Additional Student Information Form

Application for Admission Form

Current School Teacher Form – current teacher fills out and mails to SJE

Parish Verification Form (Catholic applicants only) – pastor fills out and mails to SJE

Transcript Release Form (grades 1- 7 applicants only) – current school office sends copy of transcript to SJE
An appointment for the admissions testing will be scheduled when all the above listed items have been received in the Admissions office.
The Admissions Committee considers:

Active Catholic/non-active/non-Catholic status

Entrance and other Standardized Test Scores

Previous school records and current report card with conduct grade

Teacher recommendations
