Anthony Hylton, Advisory Board Chair

Anthony is a graduate of the Sloan School of Management and Civil Engineering departments at MIT.  He has 20 years of management experience in the internet security and telecommunications industries.  Anthony is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute and is responsible for leading projects to launch broadband products and services for AT&T. 

Anthony is married to Michelle Moore Hylton and they reside in Southwest Atlanta with their daughter Nina Hylton and son Evan Hylton.  Anthony is a proud member of Our Lady of Lourdes church since 2002.


Vivian Vu, Mission Effectiveness

Vivian immigrated to the US when she was 16. She graduated from Georgia State University with a BS in biology. She is currently working in a Neuroscience Research Lab at Georgia State University. 


Vivian has been a SJE parent for 10 years, but has been part of the school longer than that. She used to substitute for her parents at parent/teacher conference for my sister Helen Ngo, who is an SJE graduate. She is also a SJE aunt. Both her niece and nephew attend SJE.

Luis Bonilla, Facilities 

Luis III Bonilla was born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He joined Georgia Power in 2005 as an engineer at Plant Bowen, in Cartersville, Ga. In 2007, Luis progressed into Mechanical and Operations Supervisor roles in the Northwest Region. In 2011, he transferred to Plant Branch in Milledgeville, Ga as Compliance and Support Manager; he was later named Maintenance and Planning Manager for that facility. In April of 2014, Luis transferred to Plant Scherer in Juliette, Ga where he served as Operations Assistant Manager and Engineering, he currently serves as the Maintenance Manager since August 2017. Luis has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez campus. He has been active with the Georgia Power Hispanic communities outreach groups since 2005. During his career, he has been involved in several volunteering events including those coordinated with the Latin American Association, the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and other Hispanic community organizations in Metro Atlanta. He now lives in Henry County with his wife Charlotte and their daughters Emma Victoria (3) and Julia Isabel (9) who attends SJE. Luis is a member of St. John the Evangelist church since 2011.

Mark Tolcher, Mission Effectiveness

Mark Tolcher has been married for 28 years, has one daughter who is a SJE alum and four sons currently enrolled at SJE. He Received a B.S. from Georgia State University in Public and Urban Affairs. He has worked for American Airlines for 17 years. He received a master’s of Theological Studies from Holy Spirit Catholic College. Mark taught and coached at OLM for 11 years, 1 year at SJE and is currently teaching Theology at Blessed Trinity HS. 

Adaeze Susan Ngoddy, Mission Effectiveness Chair


Ada is married to Azuka Ngoddy for 37years. She has been blessed with 4 beautiful children; all of whom attended St. John’s The Evangelist Catholic School. She is a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church where she has taught Sunday school for over 25 years. She is also a member of the Nigerian Igbo Catholic Community of Atlanta.

Ada Ngoddy has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, from The University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria and a Masters degree in Geophysics, from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA. She currently holds a Child Development Associate Certificate in Early Childhood Education and NAC National Administrator credential.

Ada and her husband are the owners of Rex Childcare and Early Learning Center, a nationally accredited early learning care program. The center is also Quality Rated by the State of Georgia. She has managed this business since 1992. Prior to the daycare business, Mrs. Ada Ngoddy taught mathematics in Fulton County Public and Crisp County Schools.

She is motivated by the life of Mary the Mother of Jesus and Saint Teresa of Calcutta.

George Harris, Mission Effectiveness

George Harris is a retired Army Major and Principal of Harris & Associates Consulting. Harris & Associates is a boutique consulting firm specializing in enterprise risk management and quality.  George spent 13 years in the United States Army as an officer commissioned in the Infantry. As an Officer, George served numerous roles from operations to logistics and finance including a tour in Afghanistan. George also amassed 18 years of enterprise risk management and quality experience from his military experience as well as work at GE Capital, Penske Truck Leasing and Recall Total Information Management.

George holds an MBA from Troy University as well a postgraduate studies from Emory University in Sustainability and Enterprise Risk Management from New York University (NYU). He has also conducted research and published scholarly works on operations efficiency and sustainability.

George is married to Cathy Kennedy Harris and has two (2) children (Brianna, 15 and Gabrielle, 13) who attend SJE. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc and attends St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Karen Richard-Lee, Advancement Chair

Karen has over 30 years of experience in public health policy, program implementation and management.  She is currently a Supervisory Public Health Analyst with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Division of Diabetes Translation, Office of Program and Policy Information.  In this role she serves as the lead resource for the Division’s budget formulation, performance measurement, partnership development and strategic planning.  She provides day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Public Health Analysts who support the mission and vision of the organization. 

In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family.  Current and previous volunteer activities include, St. John the Evangelist Catholic School, St. Francis House, St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church and Clark Howard’s Community Action Center.
